If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or it is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item. No refund or exchange will be made after this time has elapsed unless specific arrangements are made with us. Please note the following:

  • You must contact us concerning a refund within 14 days of receiving your order;
  • When making a return, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation for the reason of return.   • Any goods you would like to return must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unmarked, undameged and in original condition and cartoons;

  • You are responsible for the return shipping charges of any items you ordered by mistake;
  • We cannot give a refund for international orders.

International Returns or Packages Refused

If the package is returned because of an address error made by the customer, or the customer refuses the package, or the contents are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs charged to ecoherbs.eu shop for the return of the package.
